CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD BAKED OATS! 🍫🍌
Happy Monday, Breakfast Squad! Bringing back one of my og baked oats combos this morning! Because tbh anything chocolate and banana deserves a second post. 😘
Pro tip for this bowl: add chocolate MILK to your baked oats and get ready for your world to change. 🤯 This addition makes them extra creamy and dreamy and gives you that chocolate overload you need in your life. 😜 My favorite milk to use is slatemilk because it’s lactose free (for my tum) AND is packed with 20 grams of protein so I don’t need to add extra protein powder to my oats. But you can mix some classic chocolate syrup and milk if you’re really in a pinch. I’m not here to judge. 😉

Chocolate Banana Bread Baked Oats: preheat oven to 400 and in a blender add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 large banana, and 1/3 cup chocolate milk. blend until smooth and creamy then fold in 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips and 1/2 cup cauli-rice (optional for extra health) spoon into a generously sprayed oven safe bowl and top with lil’ banana slices for aesthetics. bake for 20 minutes, let cool, top with fruit, more chocolate chips, granola, and then drown in more milk ofc.
