I’m mildly hungover – but it’s nothing that this cinnamon apple quinoa bowl can’t fix. 😜
Breakfast quinoa is something that definitely should be more mainstream. 🙌🏻 When you cook it down with milk and warm spices – it’s a delightfully cozy breakfast that gives oats a run for their money (which is a heavy statement coming from a self-proclaimed oatmeal addict). 🥰

Happy Saturday, Breakfast Squad! I actually went out last night and socialized instead of staying in and watching The Princess Switch 3. 😝 So I’m a bit of a mess today – but it’s okay!
